The Locals’ Table, in collaboration with Fattoria La Prata, invites you to a one-of-a-kind dinner celebrating local excellence, delicious food, and the people behind it.
What to Expect:
- A full, flavorful dinner featuring exclusive, locally sourced ingredients
- Bruschettewith fresh tomatoes (straight from the field: we harvest in late July) including the rare and protected Pisanello variety
- Tender, flavorful beef from the heritage Mucco Pisanobreed (a vegetarian alternative is available)
- Top-quality extra virgin olive oil from one of Montepisano’s finest producers
- Delicious zero-kilometer farroaand locally produced wine
